Student Laptop Reward Promotion — Terms & Conditions
Effective from 28 September 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. Participation in the promotion is subject to all eligibility requirements below. Receiving an offer or enrolling on a course does not, by itself, guarantee entitlement to a laptop.
1. The Promoter
This promotion is operated by Saga Global Education, company number 17052814, with its registered office at 22 Roland House, Harris Place, Tovil, Maidstone, England, ME15 6BP (“SAGA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Promotion Period
The Student Laptop Reward Promotion (the “Promotion”) opens at 00:00 (BST) on 28 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 20 November 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
To qualify, the student’s initial application or registration through an Official SAGA Channel must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Applications first received outside the Promotion Period will not qualify.
3. Official SAGA Channels
For the purposes of this Promotion, an “Official SAGA Channel” means an application or enquiry made directly through:
- SAGA Global Education’s official website;
- SAGA Global Education’s official Instagram account;
- SAGA Global Education’s official TikTok account; or
- SAGA Global Education’s official Facebook account.
Applications introduced, submitted or generated through a Student Advisor, sub-agent, referral partner, affiliate, other education agency, or any other third party are not eligible for this Promotion, even where that person or organisation works with or represents SAGA in another capacity.
SAGA may use its internal records, enquiry timestamps and application records to determine the original source of an application. Students must not re-submit an existing third-party application through an Official SAGA Channel for the purpose of obtaining eligibility under this Promotion.
4. Student Eligibility
To qualify for a laptop, a student must satisfy all of the following conditions:
This Promotion is valid only for the following eligible courses: Business Management and Health & Social Care, where the course delivery pattern is 2 hours per day, 2 days per week on campus. Courses, programmes or delivery patterns outside these specified categories are not eligible unless SAGA expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
- be aged 18 or over at the time of enrolment;
- have applied and enrolled through an Official SAGA Channel during the Promotion Period;
- be successfully enrolled on a course confirmed by SAGA as eligible for the Promotion;
- have Student Finance England (SFE) funding approved where SFE funding applies to the student’s course;
- remain actively enrolled and engaged with the course until all conditions for release of the laptop have been satisfied;
- have an attendance rate of at least 80% up to the date on which eligibility is verified; and
- satisfy the payment condition set out in section 5 below.
Only one laptop may be awarded to each eligible student under this Promotion.
5. SFE Payment Condition
The laptop will only become available after Student Finance England has made the second tuition fee payment relating to the student directly to the relevant university, college or education provider, and SAGA has been able to verify that payment or receive satisfactory confirmation of it.
For the avoidance of doubt, this condition relates to the second tuition fee payment made by SFE to the education provider, not a maintenance loan instalment paid to the student.
6. Attendance, Engagement and Purpose of the Reward
This Promotion is intended to recognise continued engagement with studies and to provide eligible students with a practical device that can support their education. It is therefore a conditional student reward and not an automatic benefit arising solely from application or enrolment.
At the time eligibility is assessed, the student must have attendance of at least 80%. SAGA may require an official attendance record, confirmation from the education provider, student portal evidence, or another reasonable form of verification.
A student who has withdrawn, suspended, deferred or otherwise ceased active study before all eligibility conditions have been met will not be entitled to receive the laptop.
7. The Laptop
Each qualifying student will receive one laptop with a retail value of up to £400. The £400 figure is a maximum value and does not mean that every device supplied will have a retail price of exactly £400.
SAGA will select the brand, model, specification, supplier and retailer. The laptop supplied may vary between students depending on stock availability, supplier availability, pricing and other reasonable purchasing considerations at the time the device is obtained.
SAGA does not guarantee that all eligible students will receive the same make, model, colour, specification or retail value, provided that the device supplied falls within the terms of this Promotion.
8. No Cash or Alternative Benefit
The laptop is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash, vouchers, account credit, another product, another material benefit, or the difference between the laptop’s retail value and the maximum value stated in these Terms & Conditions.
9. Loss of Eligibility
A student will lose eligibility for the Promotion where, before the laptop has been released:
- the student withdraws, suspends, defers, transfers away from the eligible course, or otherwise ceases active study;
- the student’s verified attendance falls below 80%;
- the student fails to provide reasonably requested evidence of attendance, enrolment or eligibility;
- the required second SFE tuition fee payment to the education provider has not been made or cannot be verified;
- the application is found to have originated through a Student Advisor or other third party rather than an Official SAGA Channel; or
- the student provides false, misleading, altered or incomplete information relevant to eligibility.
Where SAGA reasonably identifies duplicate applications, manipulation of the application source, falsified documents or other attempts to obtain the reward contrary to these Terms & Conditions, SAGA may disqualify the application from the Promotion.
10. Verification, Collection and Delivery
SAGA may verify enrolment, attendance, funding and payment status before releasing a laptop. The student agrees to provide reasonable evidence needed to administer the Promotion.
Once all eligibility conditions have been satisfied and verified, SAGA will aim to arrange collection or delivery within 14 to 21 working days. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by stock availability, supplier delays or circumstances reasonably outside SAGA’s control.
SAGA will provide reasonable instructions regarding collection or delivery. The student may be required to provide proof of identity before the laptop is handed over.
11. Warranty, Faults, Loss and Insurance
Where applicable, the laptop will be supplied with the manufacturer’s or retailer’s standard warranty for that device. Any warranty rights will be subject to the relevant manufacturer’s or retailer’s terms.
SAGA does not provide an insurance policy with the laptop. After the laptop has been handed over or delivered, the student is responsible for arranging any insurance they wish to have for accidental damage, theft, loss or other risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAGA is not responsible for accidental damage, misuse, theft, loss or damage occurring after handover. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
12. Other SAGA Promotions
Unless SAGA expressly confirms otherwise in writing, this Promotion cannot be combined with another SAGA promotional reward, gift or incentive relating to the same student enrolment.
13. Personal Data and Verification
SAGA will process personal data reasonably required to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility and arrange the laptop reward in accordance with SAGA’s Privacy Policy.
Where lawful and necessary, SAGA may request or obtain confirmation of a student’s enrolment, attendance, funding or relevant payment status from the education provider or other relevant party for the purpose of administering this Promotion.
14. Changes, Suspension or Withdrawal of the Promotion
SAGA may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its control, legal or regulatory requirements, supplier or stock issues, fraud, technical problems or other material circumstances affecting the fair operation of the Promotion.
Where reasonably possible, SAGA will seek to avoid unfairly affecting students who have already satisfied all published eligibility conditions before a change takes effect. Any material change will be communicated through an appropriate SAGA channel.
15. General
SAGA’s eligibility decisions will be made reasonably by reference to these Terms & Conditions and the information available to SAGA at the time of verification.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
A delay or failure by SAGA to enforce any provision does not waive SAGA’s right to enforce that provision later.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the student.
